MHS Soccer Hits the Field Running
With 8 seniors returning the girls team is stacked with talent experience and motivation to win They lost their first two games but are ready to take a home win tonight and have been working hard in practice to prepare Their goal is to make it to the state tournament but Coach Pfau says in order to do so they ll need to kickstart their offense Matt Pfau Minot High Soccer Coach We played twice this weekend the biggest thing for us is we need to find some offense we got shut out both games and struggled a litlte bit there so we just need to find a couple people who can score for us we look to Lauren Butler to be our leader on offense and then we have Megan Buchholz in goal she s been our starting goalie for three years so we are looking for those two to lead for us Megan Buchholz Minot High Goalie We are doing pretty good we re just getting used to the younger girls and the newer girls working together and just kinda working on our team dynamic The Majettes will host Bismarck Century tonight at 7 30
